Admissions
The Governing Board (for Copplestone, Spreyton and Filleigh schools) and Devon County Council (for Shute and Kilmington schools) are the admissions authority for our schools, responsible for the admissions policies and decisions when there is an application for admission. We have an admissions policy for each academic year. Policies are written to comply with the School Admissions Code 2021 and the School Admissions Appeals Code 2022. We take part in the normal round and the in-year co-ordinated admissions schemes of Devon County Council. Choosing the correct school for your child is an important process. We are willing to show prospective parents around our schools at a convenient time so that you can find out more information and ask any necessary questions. Please contact the school directly and make an appointment if you would like a tour.
The websites below have information about the Schools Admission Procedures and Schools Admissions Code.
